This blog is operated by retired members of the American media who believe the best way to save many struggling newspapers and TV news shows is to support the election of Donald Trump.
Trump's penchant for outrageous statements and wildly inconsistent behavior will drive large numbers of the American public to media outlets to get the latest news in ways that dullards like Obama or Romney or McCain (or Clinton, for that matter) could never do.
Trump being really bad for the country will be really good for the news business.
People still employed by the media dare not take this position, of course, so we retired folks are stepping up to the plate.
